  i just want to take the opportunity to thank steve and rachael (princess) for hosting an excellent party.

  contrary to what may have been a false impression, though there was beer and wine for those who wanted, the gathering was not a "kegger" and teetotalers and children were both safe!.

  my personal thanks and warmest regards to our wonderful hostess and host.

  thanks very much for the opportunity to meet so many wonerful people with so much in common, especially, you two and your kids. the food was great and the beer and wine was top notch, but i must confess after a few micro brews and a little wine, i needed to use the bathroom, so i went downstairs and the toilet looked uncannily small, so no more drinking for me that night. again thank you very much Daniel

  i myself have two tattoos ( i will post pics of them later tonight).

  i have one on my shoulder - it the face of a cat, i call it my egyptian cat because the face is very concise.

  i had my nose pierced and had to take it out, to let it grow back, because when it was out and i would sneeze, snot went flying everywhere. people places and things.

  hi bleep. i agree with no killing/war, despite the bible. for the other stuff, theirs always two sides to a debate, for me, i was depressed and just burned out, to much time and commitment and after 25 years i said, thats it and walked out. that was 2 years ago and since then i have made two real best friends and many other good friends, i'v got involved in adventure/fun groups and have summer bbqs and other partys. Satan has sucked me in so deep now, that if i decided to come back, it would be a big challenge. all that depression and time commitment, having to give up my friends, i just don't see myself going back.   david lettermen just crushed the jws again in tonights monolog.

  he said "are you tiered of all the religious sex scandals, now the jahovahs witnesses have a sex scandal, they group you then they leave you a pamphlet.then they went to court today but no one answered the door".

  hey make sure you catch david letterman again tonight in his monologue referng to jw's he said something like: "apparently, what they do is they grope you, then hand you a pamphlet" according to a friend that just watched it he made 2 comments about the jw's did any one else see it and if so what did he say?.

  the format for thursday night will rotate, and will include slides, videos, improv talks about subjects speakers choose.

  women will be elders and ms's......if they can be kings and priests with jesus, that's good enough for me; paul might not like it but he will get used to it.

  the punchline was......"i'm just worried people will start avoiding them.

  i am an xjw and i have just discovered this interesting site.

  i am curious to know if anyone of you has left the jws and joined anything else.

  have any of you become christians?

  i go to the unitarian uua church. if you can call it a church. gays and lesbians abound and a bit to political, but i found a 'niche' i tell em i'm a 'christian' uu and that makes for fun conversation.
